This policy explains what personal data Elevate with Meenu collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers both this website and our consulting engagements — including emotional-intelligence assessments, which involve unusually sensitive information and are treated accordingly.
The short version. We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver engagements. We never sell personal data. Individual assessment results are confidential to the person assessed and are not disclosed to an employer without that person's explicit, informed consent.
Elevate with Meenu is an enterprise emotional-intelligence consulting practice founded by Meenu Gupta, headquartered in Mohali, India, and serving clients globally. For the purposes of the UK and EU GDPR, we act as a data controller for enquiry and marketing data, and generally as a data processor when handling assessment data on behalf of a client organization.

Where an engagement includes the EQ-i 2.0® or EQ 360®, we process your responses and resulting competency scores. Under GDPR this may constitute special category data, and we treat it as such regardless of jurisdiction. Assessments are administered on the platform operated by Multi-Health Systems (MHS), the instruments' publisher.
How assessment confidentiality works in practice. Your individual report belongs to you. It is delivered to you in a private debrief. Where an organization has commissioned the work, the organization receives only aggregated and de-identified findings — group patterns, not individual scores — unless you have given specific written consent for your individual results to be shared. Assessment data is never used as an input to performance review, promotion, or termination decisions by us, and we advise client organizations against doing so.
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Contact details, message | Steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Delivering a consulting engagement | Contact and engagement records | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Administering EQ assessments and debriefs | Assessment responses and scores | Explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)) |
| Sending a requested resource | Name, email | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Preventing spam and abuse | IP address, browser signals | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Meeting legal and tax obligations | Billing records | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions:
We may also disclose data where legally required, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We are based in India and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your home country — including in the United States, Canada, and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive it in a portable format; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in India (DPDP Act 2023): you have the right to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights.
To exercise any right, email meenugupta3909@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national DPA.
Assessment platforms are accessed over encrypted connections, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to engagement records is limited to those who need it to deliver the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant regulator of any breach affecting your rights within the timeframes the law requires.
This site and our services are intended for professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes affecting your rights we will take reasonable steps to tell you directly.
