This is organizational consulting, not healthcare. Emotional-intelligence assessment and leadership development are professional development services. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or clinical diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional.
The EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® measure emotional and social functioning in a workplace context. They are not diagnostic instruments and do not identify or screen for mental-health conditions. If something raised during an engagement suggests clinical support would help, we will say so and recommend you seek appropriately qualified care.
We bring a validated method, certified instruments, and experience — but organizational and behavioral change depends on factors outside our control, including participant engagement, leadership follow-through, and business conditions. Any results, metrics, or scenarios described on this site are illustrative of the kind of change the method aims to produce. They are not a promise, forecast, or guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Scope, fees, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal and engagement agreement for each piece of work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. Quoted fees remain valid for the period stated in the proposal.
We treat client information as confidential and expect the same in return. Individual assessment results are confidential to the person assessed and are shared with an employer only with that person's explicit written consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not publish a client's name, logo, or identifying details without prior written permission. Where we describe work publicly without that permission, the account is anonymised or presented as an illustrative scenario.
